Ett vinter bröllop utan snö, December 2009

Petra och Thorbjörn blev gift i december på Sigtuna Rådhus. De hade inviterad släkt och vänner på glögg på kvällen och hade inte berättat för gästerna, att de tidigare på dagen hade gift sig. Tänk vilken överraskning gästerna fick när dom fick veta. Det blev först ett glas champagne och sen glögg. Thorbjörn är av den roliga typen och han ville hoppa in i sitt nya liv som gift - vi skrattade när vi såg hur Thorbjörn såg ut i ansiktet, kolla bara hans min.

It was not so cold today, only -3 and it was just perfect when I photographed Anna & Nebil. Anna you did a fantastic job, you to Nebil :-), but it was Anna who wore the dress. Thanks to both of you for this great day it was a pleasure. Congratulation from me to you and stay "hot" now :-)

November bröllop....

This sweet and loving couple got married in November and just a few hours after they were sitting on a plain on their way to a nice an warm place. It was a quiet beautiful ceremony and even it was cold and rainy we got a chance to see the sun during our photo session. I will only show you a few pictrues as they wihed not to go public.

The last Photo shoot I did in 2009 was with Daniella. She is a favorite to work with as she knows how to work in front of a camera and trust me I would never swap with her hihihi..

Monica and Eric got married November 21 2009 in Sigtuna and as promised I would come back with some more pictures from their photosecisson. The weddingbouqet was made by a very good friend of Monica and Eric and Monica was so happy when she saw the result.

Met these to lovely boys and their parrents for a photo scesion at the beach where Mathias and Mikkel loves to play so it was obvious that it should be where we should take some pictures of them. It was a very funny hour where my camera turnd to be a pistol as we were playing in the sand... I had fun and yes they had to:-)

The printed names on the rings, are their real signaturs - fancy!

Lena and Magnus tied their knot in October and the ceremoni was at Arlanda airport. It was not a run away bride but a run away couple as their flight were waiting for them, taking them to Rome. I know that they had a pleasant time in Rome and the weather was just a bit warmer then in Sweden. IMAGINE getting married in Sweden jumping on a plain and have dinner at night in Rome... and in your wedding dress.

It's been a while since I posted anything on my blog, so now it is time to show you some more pictures from Åsa and Pasis beautiful wedding. We had chosen THE perfect place for their photo shoot as we had more or less shelter from the wind and it was a rather windy day. The Party was held at Hotell Kristina and the bouquet was made by Marianne Carlfors from Blombutiken, in Sigtuna.

Linda & Magnus, wedding at Arlanda airport

The first time I meet with Linda and Magnus was at the airport, Arlanda. Linda told me that she simply love being at Arlanda airport and when Magnus asked her to marry him - Arlanda was the perfect place. Of course what could be more right than going on their honeymoon from there after the ceremony.

Love in Ebeltoft, Denmark

Randi and Colin got married in The old Town Hall, Ebeltoft, Denmark on the 5th September. The conditions were cold and wet but everyone's spirits were high! After the ceremony they had the portraits session around the old town and in the main square. There was a festival with a mini carousel... and what could be better than letting the newly weds have a ride? As the weather showed no signs of improving we decided to head inside to get warm with a glass of champagne. Thank you for keeping up the good spirits Randi and Colin.

It is not that often I get to stand in front of a camera. As a rule I prefer to stay behind the lens but this weekend I had the pleasure of being the assistant to the talented photographer Linda Broström Cabrera from www.lindisima.se when she had a wedding shoot in Stockholm. After the portrait session with the bride and groom, Linda asked me to relax for a couple of minutes - not something I am known to do so easily, as she wanted to take just a few pictures of me.

Victor and his car

Victor is turning 2 years this month and I have on regular basic been having the great opportunity to take pictures of him. Later this year I will post pictures, from the very first shoot and up to now, so you can see his transformation from a baby to a little happy boy:-). Every time I meet with him, he starts out a bit shy but it only take a few minutes and then he is on. Just take a look and see his lovely smile

My second photo shoot with Carolina and Henrik was one week ago at their weeding in Sigtuna. They tied the knot in Maria Kyrkan. After the ceremony all their guests went to Stora Brännbo for a glass of champagne and this was when Carolina and Henrik had their pictures taken. Skebo Herrgård, Åsa & Olof, 8 augusti - It takes two baby.....

Once you have a dream, baby... Two can make that dream so real. One can talk about bein' in love... Two can say how it really feels. Åsa and Olof court us all by surprise when they walked down the ail, they had choosen the song by Marvin Gaye. It was a joy to see them smile all the way....The party was held at Skebo Herrgård. Lova is a happy littel girl that I got a chance to photograph in the park at Skebo Herrgård last Saturday. Her grandfather gave her the keys to their rom and now it was time to play, how can get the keys back again, not an easy job:-)

Life is filled with many great moments that makes you happy and getting married with the one you love is absolutely one of them. Linda and Thomas said YES to each other in Sofia Kyrkan, Stockholm on the 25th July. I am sure that Linda and Thomas were meant to be as "one". Just take a look, you can see the love between them - that is what life is all about....LOVE.

Jeannette and Kent got married on a rainy day in June, to be more precisely June 13. they tied their knot in Eds Kyrka, Upplands Väsby. The bouquet had Jeannette asked a very good friend of hers to make, she did not interfered at all but gave here friend 100% free hands, it is nice to have a friend that know exactly what you want - knowing you by heart I would say, and that is also what Mrs.& Mr. Andersson does. Hope you are having a relaxing honeymoon and are ready to select the pictures for your album when you are back in Sweden.

It's been a while since I posted anything about weddings, it's not because I haven't any pictures to show you, but it is high season for weddings, vacation and I've been away for a few days to work in Paris again - Not to complain :-))

Here are a few pictures from Pernilla and Jonas wedding, they got married June 6th. The day started with a few clouds on the sky looking like it could go in each direction but the sun were with us all day. Look at both mother and daughters hair aren't they just beautiful - Felicia said "I am the most beautiful girl" and we could not stop laughing, she is just that kind of a girl you want to hugh.

Anna-Maria og Johan blev gift den 6 juni På Sigtuna Rådhus. De havde forelsket sig i det lille rådhus. Johan og Anna-Maria's humør var højt under hele fotograferingen og vi havde valgt Viby By som første location for fotograferingen og afsluttede i selve Sigtuna. Igår blev Susanna og Håkan gift i Gustav Vasa Kirken, Stockholm. Som man siger " når det regner på ens bryllupsdag, så har man lykke resten af livet" og for Susanna og Håkan blev det en dag med en del regn og efter vigelsen en del sol. Her ses nogle af de pletskud, der blev til igår. Festen blev holdt på Hågelby Gård i Tumba hvor alle gæsterne ventede på brudparret med champagnen klar - I var herlige at fotografere og holdt humøret højt under regnbygerne.

Idag traf jeg Åsa og Pasi med deres 2 glade børn. Åsa og Pasi har sagt ja til hinanden og skal gifte sig i Maria Kyrkan. De har haft meget andet at tænke på end planlægningen af deres bryllup da de netop har købt deres drømmehus og solgt deres nuværende, så det kan tænkes at meget af tiden går med at pakke og snart pakke ud igen.

Jag mötes med Linda och Thomas i Stockholm vid Sofia Kyrkan var dom ska gifta sig i Juli. Vi tog en promenad i parken och pratade om hur dom kunde tänka sig just deras fotografering. Vi har nu en "plan" och bilderna från deras bröllop kommer också att kunde ses här. De fick en läxa innan jag åkte tillbaka till Sigtuna, så nu ser vi om dom har tränat nästa gång vi träffas :-)

Anna-Maria og Johan skal giftes i Sigtuna på Rådhuset. De er fra syd Stockholm men faldt for Sigtuna Rådhus og den lille by. De er midt i renovering af deres hus, som er fra 1930 så meget af tiden går med dette. De besluttede sig for at tage lidt fri og besøge Sigtuna og her ses lidt billeder fra besøget hvor vi oplevede både sol og regn.

May through August is the number of most populare time of year to get married , and for good reason too. Summer weddings are full of sunshine and warmth, and allow you to get married outside in the good weather..... this was one of them. Pictures are taken at the west coast.

What style do you prefer, I like them all. Here you have 4 tips for what flowers to choose

Select flowers that will hold for the entireday, particulary if you are having your pictures taken before the ceremony. You want to make sure that you select flowers that will hold up to the sun and wind and still look gorgeous when you walk down the aisle.
Ues a bouqet holder, it will keep you flowers hydrated with wather
If you are petite, the weight of a large bouqet could become a problem during the ceremony
Show the florist what you like. Don't just tell that the gowns are "pink", bring in fabric swatches if at all possible

Jenny & Mike - going to Egypt

On a windy day in January Jenny & Mike got married. It was dark and it was almost storm 9/ms but they almost didnt notised - they are in love. When they kiss and hug you can see the happinees in their eyes. Mike's sister is the artist of the stanning wedding bouquet, held in deep red with withe pearls. The ceremoni was held at Arlanda and dinner in the evening at the SAS Radisson, just near to the airport and not fare away from their honeymoon.

Klockbacken - first weeding 2009

Karin & Marcus tied the knot at the City all of Sigtuna on the 10th of January 2009. Before the

ceremony we went to Klockbacken in Sigtuna, where I had the pleasure of photographing their wedding. Karins beautiful dress, the soft look of her hair, the bouquet and her elegance made her look like an angel in the snow. When we were ready taking pictures of Karin she put on her coat and then it was Marcus time or a "cold" shoot. He is a gentelmen in every way, even with cold fingers he open the champagne. It is December 29th, the weather is a beautiful bright winter's days, a clear blue sky with a crisp feel to it as the temperature was -5 degrees. Monika, with a lovely bouquet of white roses and creme carnatious, looking radiant in the early months of pregnancy and Peter looking resplendent in his dark suit. Their wish to be married has just been completed and a picture of them with the city hall of Sigtuna in the background has been beautifully captured in theis series of portraits.

Caroline & Håkan married September 27 2008 in Vassunda Kyrka. The church is very small but with a lot of atmosphere. Light coming in form the big windows on both sides of the alter made it look even more heavenly. Caroline's necklase and breacelet are handmade - she did them. A duo sang so beautifull in the church.

Today I've just started to actively use my blog, and at first I did have some doubts about what would be of interest, so I decided to make an ongoing collection of my professional life as a photographer.

Let me just point out that I am a Nikon shooter and have used diffrent models from Nikon over time. The Nikon lenses gives me the full range of possibilities and I can quickly adapt to the situation I am shooting

The blog will show some of the jobs I've done and also the once to come.... So just follow along and get inspired
